Squirrels can cause a lot of damage in gardens, especially in trees and shrubs. They will happily rob bird feeders, and have a special liking for wild birds' eggs and chicks. They can also develop a taste for the contents of refuse sacks. Worst of all they can gnaw electrical wires and eaves within attic areas.

Moles constitute a major nuisance to gardeners, farmers and equestrians. This little animal can dig underground at rates of up to 1 foot per minute. With their tunnels and mounds they can make a real mess of lawns and other ornamental features, and endanger the safety of larger animals such as cattle and horses.
